I keep a lot of lists. I have to do lists, lists of things to work on when I have time, a bucketlist…I like lists. I have to write things down because I find as I am getting older, I have to work harder at strategies to manage all the facets of my business and life.

Engagement sessions will be starting up very soon and and I love engagement sessions because it is such an inspirational experience to connect with my clients in a way where we are discovering and learning about each other. After each session I usually make note of the things we talked about so I can remember details when I blog about our session together.

One of the things on one of those lists I have was to create an engagement questionnaire where I can capture lots of goods on my couples to get a really good idea of how they see themselves both individually and as a couple, what kind of things inspire them, what do they like to do together…I love, love, love the stories. I get a little smile on my face when I read their love stories. I am so excited because I actually spent some time creating my Engagement Questionnaire and I have sent it out to our couples that I have an email address for and I am starting to get them back. I have enjoyed reading them so much. If you haven’t gotten yours, let me know and I will send it to you.

I have to share one of the love stories that made me LOL! Annette and Joe are getting married on July 6th and I asked, “What is your love story?” This is their response…

Annette teaches water exercise at the local aquatics center and Joe attended the class for awhile, his words to her were, “Annette, I just bought an annual pass. I want you to know that makes you the most expensive woman I’ve never dated.” Annette said, “What girl wouldn’t swoon over a pick up line like that?”
